Yaqeen studied at the Baghdad College of Science / Department of chemistry / University of Baghdad She is a member of the Iraqi Fine Artists Association Her work was shown in different exhibitions in Baghdad, Damascus, Dubai and Khartoum. Many of her works were lost during the Iraqi war. Now she lives and works in Antwerp.
